Once you have purchased the show tickets, you will also elect to accept this purchase agreement, all terms and conditions, and agree that no refunds, exchanges or cancellations are allowed. In the event that a cancellation is permitted, all fees paid are non-refundable.
Ticket holder accepts full responsibility for any and all injuries, illness or property damage and agrees to make no claim against iMagicon, their volunteers, employees, vendors or guests for any injury, illness or harm regardless of cause. By attending this event you may be exposed to COVID-19 and assume all risks involved.
The first ticket presented to be scanned will be considered valid and ALL others will be rejected. iMagicon is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. Ticket has no cash value after admission. Resale of tickets is prohibited by law and/or regulation. Holder grants permission to iMagicon to utilize the ticket holder’s image or likeness in connection with any broadcast, marketing or other reproduction of this event. Ticket holder consents to being subject to search. Ticket holder accepts full responsibility for any and all injuries and property damage and agrees to make no claim against iMagicon and their employees for any injury or harm regardless of cause. By attending this event you may be exposed to communal diseases such as COVID-19 and assume all risks involved. Tickets are subject to change. This ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission and subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the grounds, without compensation, should the holder act in a disorderly manner or violate management’s rules or regulations.

I understand and acknowledge that by buying a ticket, I am agreeing to the following terms and conditions. I understand and acknowledge I, or my minor child or ward, by participating in iMagicon related events, may be engaging in activities and may expose me, or my minor child or ward, to a variety of foreseen and unforeseen hazards and risks. I understand that these injuries and illness might result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but also from the actions, inactions, or negligence of others. I choose to voluntarily participate at the event (or allow my child to participate) despite all risks. I assume all inherent and other risks and accept responsibility for any property damage and loss, and for any personal injury, illness, disability, emotional distress, and death that I (or my child) may suffer whether described in this document or not.
I agree to adhere to all iMagicon rules & regulations for convention goers including, but not limited to, safety standards, codes of conduct, sexual harassment policy, COVID-19 requirements, and other rules/regulations not listed in this document, but listed on iMagicon’s website and throughout the convention.

Please note, that while rare, special guests and events are subject to change with little or no advanced warning. When a guest is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of iMagicon’s control (travel delays, covid-19, etc), no refunds will be given. iMagicon will try to get an equal replacement if timing allows.

Due to the recent pandemic and possibility of Covid-19 and other communicable disease to arise and/or change, special guests reserve the right to require restrictions in their signing area. This could include having a fan (while in line or at the signing booth face-to-face with guest) to do any of the following: 1. wear a face mask, 2. not touch the special guest in any manner such as hugs, handshakes, etc; 3. post only side-by-side during a selfie or photo op (no arm around one another) 4. Any other restrictions the special guest may deem necessary to make their appearance comfortable and safe.
