No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, scheduling changes, lineup changes, illness, or acts of God. Exception: In the event of a special guest cancellation, all pre-purchased Photo Ops or Autographs for that special guest will automatically be refunded as long as it hasn’t been redeemed.
Ticket Validity: Only the first ticket presented and scanned will be honored for entry. Duplicate tickets will be rejected, and iMagicon is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication or resale.
Non-Transferable: Tickets have no cash value after admission and may not be resold or transferred. Unauthorized resale is prohibited by law and/or regulation and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
Photography and Media Consent: By attending iMagicon, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. You grant iMagicon and its affiliates the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any and all media, now known or hereafter developed, for promotional, marketing, broadcast, or archival purposes, in perpetuity and without compensation.
Security and Conduct: Entry to the event is contingent upon consent to search for security purposes. iMagicon reserves the right to deny admission or remove any person acting in a disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive manner, without compensation. This ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission or removal from the grounds, without compensation, should the holder act in a disorderly manner or violate management’s rules or regulations.Â
Assumption of Risk: By attending iMagicon, ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance, including exposure to communicable diseases. Ticket holders accept full responsibility for any and all injuries, illness, or property damage, and waive all claims against iMagicon, its employees, volunteers, vendors, or guests, regardless of cause.
Changes: All ticket terms, event features, schedules, and guest appearances are subject to change without notice.
