Refunds

iMagicon, like every other event, has a no refund policy. Please refer to your original ticket email/back of your hard ticket for terms and conditions.

COVID-19: If in event you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or are in quarantine 14-days prior to the convention, you may request a one-time courtesy exchange of your 2020 tickets to 2021.

March 28, 2020 – REFUNDS AVAILABLE UNTIL APRIL 26, 2020

Due to covid-19, we are offing the following options for ticket buys until April 26, 2020. After this date, no refunds will be allowed and all tickets held will be changed to the August 21-23, 2020 date.

Options for ticket holders:

  1. Hold on to your tickets and do nothing. Your tickets will be valid for August 21-23, 2020 and there is nothing else you have to do.

2.  Ask for your tickets to transfer to 2021. This request must be made prior to April 26, 2020.

  1. Ask for a refund. We ask this as last resort as your support helps us continue forward. All refund requests can be made now through April 26, 2020 (end of date of normally scheduled convention). After that date, all tickets and applications will be transferred to the August event with a no-refund policy. 

VIP ticket holders: Your current pass contains perks from special guests which is currently the Star Trek Discovery team. They are making every effort to attend the 2020 fall con. If you chose to keep your tickets for the fall con and the event happens where Discovery cannot make it due to unforeseen circumstances, your ticket will be exchanged to contain perks from any new special guests we may sign. Your pass will still receive equal value to the original one you paid. Should a change happen after the April refund date, VIP ticket holders may request that their 2020 tickets be held for the 2021 year for redemption. All requests for refunds still must be made prior to April 26, 2020, otherwise new terms and conditions listed above apply.
