The first ticket presented to be scanned will be considered valid and ALL others will be rejected. iMagicon is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. Ticket has no cash value after admission. Resale of tickets is prohibited by law and/or regulation. Holder grants permission to iMagicon to utilize the ticket holder’s image or likeness in connection with any broadcast, marketing or other reproduction of this event. Ticket holder consents to being subject to search. Ticket holder accepts full responsibility for any and all injuries and property damage and agrees to make no claim against iMagicon and their employees for any injury or harm regardless of cause. By attending this event you may be exposed to communal diseases such as COVID-19 and assume all risks involved. Tickets are subject to change. This ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission and subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the grounds, without compensation, should the holder act in a disorderly manner or violate management’s rules or regulations. 

Guest lineup and events are always subject to change. When a guest is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of iMagicon’s control (air travel, covid-19, etc), no refunds will be given. iMagicon will try to get an equal replacement if time allows.
